Smith Brothers Farms , a leading producer and deliverer of milk to homes, schools, and business in the Puget Sound area for more than 100 years, is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to join the team in Federal Way, WA .

Minimum requirements:

• Ability to read, write and speak Englis h.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with management & colleagues .
• Must be able to use a pallet jack .
• Must be able to multitask .
• Candidates must join the Teamsters Local 117 for this position.
• This is a safety sensitive position. We do preemployment drug testing, including THC.

Physical requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds .
• Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds .
• Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in cold conditions (36 degree F Cooler or Freezer).

Essential duties/responsibilities:

• Pick Orders throughout shift .
• Stock in Cooler when picking is complete (when time allows) .
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics .
• Work cooperatively with management & colleagues .
• Maintain a clean and neat work area .
• Secure all equipment when not in use .
