Spring 2025 - Digital Marketing & CRM Intern
HUGO BOSS Fashions, Inc. | New York City | United States | Part-time

 

The Spring 2025 - Digital Marketing & CRM Intern role provides a hands-on opportunity to support our Marketing Team with customer data management and campaign execution. The intern will engage in a range of tasks including email marketing, campaign reporting, on-site traffic analysis, and creative evaluation, offering a well-rounded experience in digital marketing and CRM.

 

As a Spring 2025 Intern:

• You must be able to work on location, up to 24 hours per week
• Intern for the full Spring term, January 27 - May 9, 2025
• The minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $16 per hour
• You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university and pursuing a bachelor's degree
• This position is not eligible for relocation

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to organize projects supporting digital and e-commerce initiatives.
• Maintain and update the Digital Marketing KPI Calendar.
• Assist with campaign briefs, setup, and execution across North America.
• Track email and online traffic in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico using tools like Google Analytics.
• Create engaging email copy in English, coordinating translations for international audiences.
• Benchmark and analyze customer reports, including data capture, and email/sms marketing performance across regions (U.S., CA, MX).

Your profile:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to effectively communicate ideas and findings.
• Comfortable interpreting data and extracting insights.
• Previous exposure to Digital Marketing or CRM is a plus, but not required.
