Project Manager - Mechanical/HVAC

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Mechanical and HVAC systems to lead our commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC and mechanical projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes to keep the project on track.
• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and manage team dynamics.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and cost reports.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the HVAC or mechanical industry.
• Proven experience in managing commercial projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of budget management, P&L responsibilities, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools such as PlanGrid and Bluebeam.
