We're seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team and support a government client in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will assist with inbound calls, document conversations, and provide accurate and helpful information to customers using provided resources and scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Use online reference materials and resources to provide accurate, efficient information to callers.
Navigate technical systems, including desktop applications, call center phone systems, and the internet.
Meet quality assurance standards and departmental metrics.
Educate customers on program details and answer inquiries with up-to-date and accurate information.
Handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality, following established protocols.
Maintain a stable, reliable internet connection (required for this remote position), and ensure you have a secure and consistent private connection, not reliant on cellular data.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required).
Healthcare-related certification.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong computer and internet skills, with the ability to navigate technical systems and provide efficient support.
Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment.
Ability to pass a detailed background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required).
Previous government clearance.
